This unique service provides ongoing training and support to the General Manager and/or senior management staff over a 12 month period. During the sessions we look at issues affecting the business, current goals and strategies, areas for improvement, review of plans to list a few. You receive professional advice backed by 20 years of experience in the industry.
The service includes;
One on one meetings to discuss and review operational issues affecting you and the business
Telephone support between meetings
This is a flexible service designed to fit into your staff training budget, your schedule and provide you with positive support. Sessions can be tailored from 4 to 10 per year. We also provide an Annual Leave service, so you can go away on holidays and relax.
