The Club Business Solutions team provided a respected regional club with a feasibility study on their in-house golf shop. The report provided an estimated structural and financial performance of the golf shop as well as incorporating a motorised golf cart plan and feasibility study. All elements of the project contained important data on demographics, financial estimates, competitor activity and other important information for the board to make educated decisions on, before committing to major operational or structural changes.
